
Tony Duffin
Director
Tony has worked in renewables and energy efficiency for 30 years advising government, blue chip corporates, NGOs, SMES and banks. His experience includes accelerating green technologies by promoting technical development and removal of barriers; successfully bringing three small wind turbine developments forward; three patents and another pending; supporting young engineers and start-ups. He has advised on many rooftop solar arrays (including four successful installations for the RESTORE charity in Oxford, where he volunteers), heat pumps, biomass boilers, house energy efficiency retrofits etc.
He is a volunteer director of Calleva community energy and has invested in eight community energy coops over the years.
He is passionate about keeping the benefits of energy generation local and supporting ‘powering down’ wherever possible.
